In a Vibro Cleaning plant, raw grain is continuously fed onto multi-deck vibrating screens that separate oversized debris and fine particles by size, while an integrated aspiration channel uses controlled air suction to draw out light impurities such as dust, chaff, and husk before the cleaned grain exits the system. The air-cleaned grain then passes over a Magnetic Destoner removes Iron and other heavy impurities, pebbles, and glass from grains by using airflow and differences in density, separating them from the grain.
The pre-cleaned grain then flows into a gravity separator precisely classifies the grains by density to discard light, damaged, or undeveloped seeds.
