The industrial besan plant process starts with raw chana receiving, cleaning, storage, destoning, and grading. The cleaned chana is then de-husked and split, followed by separation of husk and other impurities. The processed chana dal is fed into a Pin Mill for fine milling, where it is converted into besan. The ground material is passed through sieving and grading to achieve the required fineness, and coarse particles are recycled for further milling. Finally, the finished besan is quality-checked, weighed, packed, stored, and dispatched.
