Cassava Flour Mill Plant

The industrial cassava flour plant process starts with fresh cassava receiving, sorting, and washing to remove soil and foreign materials. The roots are then peeled and trimmed, followed by slicing/chipping and washing. The prepared cassava is grated or milled, and the resulting mash is pressed or dewatered to remove excess moisture.
The material is then dried, followed by milling and fine sieving to obtain the required cassava flour particle size. Finally, the flour is cleaned, quality-checked, weighed, packed, stored, and dispatched.

The industrial cassava flour processing plant begins with a heavy-duty root preparation and extraction line. Freshly harvested cassava roots are received, sorted, and thoroughly washed to remove soil, dirt, and foreign materials. The roots are then peeled, trimmed, sliced into chips, and washed a second time. Once prepared, the cassava is routed through high-capacity graters or mills to produce a uniform mash, which immediately undergoes mechanical pressing and dewatering to extract excess liquid efficiently.
