Tulsi Agro’s 2 TPH Vibro Atta plant offers continuous, high-yield whole wheat flour production. Raw grain passes through multi-deck vibrating screens and air aspiration channels to clear dust and husk, followed by a magnetic destoner to remove iron particles, heavy stones, and glass. A precision gravity separator discards light or damaged seeds before the wheat undergoes controlled water conditioning. Ground through heavy-duty Chakki stone plates, the flour is sifted via a vibro sifter to remove coarse particles and routed directly to automated weighing and bagging systems.
